RCMtAEYC serves and acts on behalf of the needs, rights and well being of all young children and their families, with special emphasis on developmental and educational services and recources. RCMtAEYC's purpose is to foster the growth and development of the membership in their work with, and on behalf of young children.

RCMtAEYC's goals:

  2. Advocate for early childhood professionals
  3. Collaborate with other organizations and institutions
  4. Support those who work on behalf of children and their families
